DTI Rizal recognizes skilled tradespeople at 2025 Natatanging Karpintero at Mananahi ng Taytay Awards

Taytay, Rizal– The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Rizal Provincial Office participated in the 2025 Natatanging Karpintero at Mananahi ng Taytay (Outstanding Carpenters and Sewers of Taytay) Awarding Ceremony, held on March 19, 2025, in Taytay, Rizal. The event, initiated by the Taytay Elementary School Alumni Association, celebrated the invaluable contributions of local carpenters and sewers to the community and the economy.

In behalf of Director Cleotilde Duran, CTIDS Sharon Dioco delivered an inspirational message emphasizing the critical role these skilled tradespeople play as movers of the local economy. The speech highlighted the dedication, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial spirit of the awardees, recognizing their vital contribution to the growth and development of Taytay.  Mayor Allan De Leon graced the event, demonstrating the local government’s support for the skilled workers and their contributions to the municipality.

“DTI Rizal is honored to recognize the exceptional talent and dedication of Taytay’s carpenters and sewers,” stated Ms Dioco.  “These individuals are the backbone of our local economy, and their skills and craftsmanship are essential to building a strong and vibrant community. We are grateful to the Taytay Elementary School Alumni Association for initiating this important event.”
