DTI-Laguna, Calamba City cooperatives and livelihood development department conduct quality customer service cum consumer education

Calamba City — On August 16, 2024, the Laguna Provincial Office of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI-Laguna), together with Calamba City Cooperatives and Livelihood Development Department, conducted a seminar called “Quality Customer Service cum Consumer Education.”

Held at the CLDD Training Center within Mercado de Calamba, the event brought together aspiring and existing entrepreneurs as well as service enthusiasts passionate about delivering excellent customer practices.

With the ever-evolving demands of the modern consumer, prioritizing customer satisfaction is paramount for businesses; the seminar was meticulously curated by the Cooperatives and Livelihood Development Department and the Department of Trade and Industry – Laguna Provincial Office, aiming to redefine service standards in Calamba City’s small to medium enterprises.

Negosyo Center Business Counsellors, Mr. Kim Carlo Palacio and Mr. Kent Arvin Cainto, served as speakers for the event. Through engaging presentations and interactive sessions, participants gained invaluable insights into enhancing customer experiences, fostering a customer-centric culture, and leveraging innovative technologies to stay ahead in today’s competitive market. Nineteen (19) attendees were treated to a day filled with insightful discussions, practical workshops and invaluable networking opportunities.

The seminar settled with inquiry session letting participants to find amplifications and convey questions related to the discoursed subjects.
