DTI 4-A Rizal through Negosyo Center Pililla shapes future entrepreneurs

Pililla, Rizal | Negosyo Center Pililla Business Counselor Jerome Montealegre graced this year’s celebration of University of Rizal System Pililla Campus College of Business Week as guest speaker and representative of DTI 4-A Rizal.

Aside from different programs and assistances extended by DTI thru Negosyo Center Offices, Mr. Montealegre’s talk focused on the theme, “Shaping Future-Ready Business Professionals: The Journey Continues”. He stressed the necessity of adaptability, innovation, emotional intelligence, purpose-driven leadership, and life-long learning as skills and characteristics of future business professionals should possess.

To end his speech, he reiterated to the young audience how thrilled he is to see their future entrepreneurial journey, “Embrace change, lead with heart, and always keep learning. The future is yours to create….”

The two-day celebration was attended by approximately 900 participants including faculty, staff, and students from the College of Business. ♦
