Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) beneficiaries surprised by the LPRAT of Bayombong
The Local Poverty Reduction Action Team (LPRAT) of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya conducted a surprise monitoring and evaluation of the Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) beneficiaries of 2015 BuB project of the same LGU on February 22, 2017.
The members of the team led by Mr. Andy De Guzman of LGU Bayombong together with the representatives from DILG, CSOs and DTI- Nueva Vizcaya seven (7) identified beneficiaries with the following project namely:

The on-the-spot monitoring and evaluation was conducted to measure the capability of each beneficiary to house and operationalize the Shared Service Facility that will be awarded to them after the procurement process of the LGU.
The interview questions include the following: present asset of the organization, current members, capabilities of the members in terms of production, management and marketing and current financial records. A copy of the list of members was also asked by the team.
The conduct of a separate meeting to discuss the result of the monitoring was also agreed by the members after the evaluation.
