DTI teams with G-Xchange, Manila Express Payment for Negosyo Centers
The Department of Trade and Industry-National Capital Region Office has agreed to partner with G-Xchange, Manila Express Payment System, for the provision of an alternative payment system, lending and business solutions platform to provide access to cash in and payments.
Under the agreement, MEPS will deploy Automated Payment Machines (APM) to the different Negosyo Center in Metro Manila where business name registrants can deposit their payment. For its part, GXI will provide the facilities needed to provide GCash service to business name applicants.
Metro Manila-based Negosyo Centers will be the first to implement this payment facility that aims to address the changing expectations of the public.
Plans are already underway to replicate the partnership for Negosyo Centers all around the country.
