DTI prepares Rizal entrepreneurs for writing business plans
Antipolo City, Philippines—The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region IV-A hosted a workshop on writing and preparing business plans, aimed at empowering local entrepreneurs in Rizal province.
Dubbed as “Writeshop on Business Plan Preparation,” the training was attended by 24 beneficiaries of the DTI Champs Program, which took place in the DTI Rizal Training Room and was facilitated by Business Counselor John Francis L. Sta. Rita.
DTI Provincial Director Ms. Cleotilde M. Duran emphasized the importance of solid business planning in today’s ever-changing and competitive business climate.
Following her introduction, participants learned from expert speakers at World Citi College Antipolo, who shared valuable insights into the importance of creating a comprehensive business plan. They equipped attendees with practical tools and strategies to enhance their planning skills.
Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in lively discussions, sharing their personal business experiences and applying the concepts they acquired. The collaborative environment fostered a sense of community and support, with attendees gaining not only knowledge but also valuable networking opportunities.
The DTI Rizal remains committed to supporting local entrepreneurs through initiatives like the Champs Program, which aims to nurture small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Province of Rizal. ♦
