DTI Nueva Vizcaya conducts Product Packaging and Labelling Training for NV Goes to Alabang
About forty – three (43) Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Exhibitors in the upcoming 2016 NV Goes to Alabang Trade Fair participated in the Product Development (ProDev) activity on August 10 – 11, 2016 at the Negosyo Center Conference Room, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Office, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
The two (2) – day product development activity was purposely conducted to subject the products of the SME-Exhibitors in rigorous testing, evaluation and examination to assure their competitiveness in preparation for the 2016 NV Goes to Alabang Trade Fair in September 2016 where these products will be showcased.
Mr. Ren Mark I. Marcelo and Mr. Richard C. Siuagan, in–house designers of the DTI Region 2 and facilitator of the one–on–one product cliniquing emphasized that the packaging and labelling of products goes beyond its aesthetic aspect. The packaging must be product–appropriate and the label must bear relevant information about the product.
