DTI 2 NC Counselors participate in Disability Sensitivity Training in Pampanga

Some Negosyo Center Counselors in Region 2 joined the Orientation Workshop on Disability Awareness organized by the Resource Generation and Management Service (RGMS) of DTI in partnership with the National Council for Disability Affairs (NCDA) on July 19-21 at Park Inn, Clark, Pampanga.

The seminar aims to inculcate to NC front liners the skills and knowledge on how to communicate and effectively deal with physically challenged customers or Person with Disabilities upon transacting business with the DTI.

In attendance to the seminar were more than 50 government front liners from North and Central Luzon of DTI.

According to NCDA, “It’s a small number against our 102 million populations but hopefully it will increase steadily as more advocates join our cause.”
